This page is a stub while the live policy is being prepared with counsel ahead of public launch. The principles below describe how Alpha Geist intends to operate. For specifics before the formal policy lands, email adin@alphageist.io.
What we intend to collect
Account identifiers (email, Clerk user ID), subscription state (Stripe customer ID, plan tier, trial / billing status), and usage logs needed to operate the product (request paths, timestamps, response codes). We do not collect or store brokerage credentials, wallet addresses, or any keys to a venue you trade on — we do not execute trades and never need them.
What we intend to share
Subprocessors strictly needed to deliver the service: Clerk for auth, Stripe for billing, the hosting provider, and the observability vendor. We do not sell personal data and do not run ad-network or behavioural-profiling tracking on the marketing site.
What you will be able to do
- Export the personal data we hold on you.
- Delete your account and have associated personal data removed.
- Change the email address and notification preferences associated with your account.
- Stop or change marketing email at any time from the account settings page.
What this stub is not
This page does not yet enumerate exact retention windows, legal bases under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA, or named subprocessors. Those land in the formal policy alongside the cookie notice and data-processing addendum. Until then the principles above describe the intended operating posture.
